Description
This is a huge charger decorated by Pickard's leading designer in the early 1900s, Paul Gasper, who signed the design on the front.  The blank was made by Tressemann & Vogt, Limoges.
It measures 12 1/4" wide.  There are some scratches in the design as shown in the photos but no chips, cracks or repairs.
You won't see many of these again!  Paul Gasper items are getting to be few and far between!  Don't miss this one!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Due to international fraud risk on credit card payments, we will only ship internationally to a CONFIRMED Paypal verified address when you pay online via credit card. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  Customs forms must be filled out accurately, buyers are responsible for custom fees, taxes and duties.  We will NOT falsify customs forms.
Shipping
PACKING:
We pride ourselves in our ability to pack your items so you receive them in good condition.  We have been packing and shipping glass and porcelain for many years and have only had two shipments arrive with damage.  We use recycled materials from other shipments.  If you have allergies to newsprint or other packing materials please let us know at the time of your purchase.  Our items are shipped from a non-smoking home.  We do have pets.
SHIPPING:
We prefer to ship by USPS Priority Mail for most of our items and Media Mail for books.  We can ship via UPS and FedEX ground if needed. Other methods available upon request. Buyer pays ACTUAL COST for shipping and insurance, overcharges will be refunded. When possible, multiple items will be shipped together to reduce shipping costs as long as they are able to be shipped together safely.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN COST OF SHIPPING:
Our shipping fees include the cost of actual shipping charges plus a handling charge of .00 per shipment which covers insurance, packing materials and delivery confirmation.
Terms of Sale
RETURNS:
All items are sold "as is", and the sale is final once the item has been shipped. However, returns may be accepted if the item is significantly different than it was described due to an error or oversight on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment to request a refund and receive return instructions. Do NOT mail the item back until you contact us first -- unverified returns will not be accepted or refunded. The item must be in the same condition as shipped, returned in the protective packing material we used, and mailed with insurance.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please inspect your purchase for damage immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged, the buyer is required to keep the item, all packing materials, the original shipping box, and contact us within 48 hours of receipt in order to process an insurance claim for reimbursement. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY! These items must be made available for inspection by the shipping carrier before an insurance claim reimbursement can be issued. Insurance claims normally take an average of 10 business days to resolve, but may take as long as 30 days, depending on the carrier. International insurance claims can take up to 90 days, maybe longer depending on the country. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation and patience during the insurance process in the unlikely event a claim is necessary.
