---  Rare mail away premium (the camera itself is not rare as a premium, just the packaging label on this example is rare), I don't see a date on the postmark.  Small 3.5" x 2" plastic scenex camera (simple mechanical shutter is working, likely unused, not sure of film roll size/type, it doesn't have an empty take up spool).  No advertising on the camera.  I think this camera and packaging was available to companies as a mail away premium (you can find the same camera and box with different labels).  I couldn't find any examples of this Albers Oats Woody Woodpecker premium (just the oat containers themselves with Woody Woodpecker).
