Someone must be at the site to accept the delivery, otherwise "redelivery" charges may be demanded by carrier from the buyer.  If a delivery is refused, it will be handled as return merchandise as per our Return policy.  Superair Corporation takes great pride in making every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in a timely manner  and in good condition. However, occasionally damage does occur because of the many mechanical parts,  solder connections and refrigerant contained in this type of equipment.  It is very important to inspect your shipment upon delivery or pick-up prior to signing the delivery receipt.  If the shipment is damaged and unusable, it may be necessary to refuse the orders before the freight compay leaves.  Please be precise when noting details of any damage along with photographs which can be  very helpful in the success of processing a claim for damage.  Any damage discovered after packaging has been removed must be reported to Superair Corporation immediately.Customers are welcome to pick up their purchases in person from our local facilities in Rosemead, California, provided that an appointment for pickup is scheduled. Customer service will provide instructions for scheduling a pickup via email within 24 hours of order placement. Superair requires two (2) business days advance notice for local pickups.
