1990 flyer, “The 5th Annual Best of the Fest” 1990 flyer, for shows June 29 – August 5 at the San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla.  Festival of Animation Flyer from 1990 for the Best of the Festival of Animation; 4 pages total, size 5 1 /2” x 8 1 /2” in fair condition with a fold across the center, from where it was stuffed into a pocket and carried into the show.  The cover features a cartoon of a shark and a weird guy.  Inside are listings for films by artists including John Lasseter, Andrew Stanton, Pete Doctor, Gyula Nagy, Marv Newland, Ed Ackerman, Colin Martin, Cordell Barker, Ferenc Rofusz, Bruno Buzzetto, David Wasson, Boyo Kanev, Alison Snowden, David Fine, Osamy Tesyuka, Bill Kroyer, Csaba Varga and Richard Condie.  The back describes a special appearance by Marv Newland who did “Bambi Meets Godzilla”.
This comes from my personal collection.  My name is Magician Michael Johnson, one of the top Magicians in San Diego County.  I enjoy collecting memorabilia because it inspires me.  I've been a Magician most of my life.  I wrote a book titled "Playing Cards Autographed By Magicians: A Collector's Guide" that is available on Amazon.  Over the years, I have accumulated one of the largest collections of super cool collectibles in the world.  (O.k., I confess, I'm a packrat.)  Now I'm selling off my collection to finance new adventures.  Maybe you'll find something you like?  There's nothing like a fun collectible to stimulate the imagination.
